Why record your story?
Have you been promising yourself that one day you'll sit down and write the family history? Are you struggling to find the words, the time or even the energy to get started?
Rather than spend years trying to write it down, allow me to interview you in the comfort of your own home and create a quality audio history.
As an experienced and impartial interviewer I can help you to relax and open up about what matters most to you and maybe pose a few questions nobody ever thought to ask.
Let's capture the story of your forebears, reminisce about your life and share a little of what you've learnt along the way...all in your own distinctive voice.
The process is private, enjoyable and life-affirming and creates a lasting gift of heritage, wisdom and love for those you care about.
Your voice
You receive a high quality, professionally edited audio-history.
It will be animated with around 100 of your most treasured photographs and underscored with the type of music you love.
Your memoir will be delivered to you on a USB with a download link for family and friends to cherish and enjoy for generations.
Your choice
$2,250 for the complete audio-visual package.
$1,700 if you'd just like to record your voice.

Where do we begin?
I suggest you look through your photo albums and consider the significant phases of your life. If you opt to add photos to your recording please select at least 50. Rest assured I can scan these for you if they are not already digitised.
You should also consider any music that reminds you of key times in your life.
We will then meet for a pre-interview chat. I’ll answer your questions and ensure I understand what you hope to achieve.
If you wish, I can also consult family members for their input on what the interview should cover.
Everybody is unique and no two stories ever follow the same path, so rest assured your interview will be tailored just to you.
On the Day
I’ll arrive and set up my recording equipment where you are most comfortable.
We will have a chat about how the interview will progress. Then, we will begin recording.
You can stop at any time to think, eat or go to the bathroom. I allow about 2 hours for the interview but there is no hurry.
You can ask for something to be edited out.
When we finish, I will make sure you’ve shared all the stories and information that you had hoped for.
It’s as simple, relaxed and fun as that.
